I have been going to Amanda for over a year now, initially on a one to
one and now I attend class. Pilates was recommended to me by my doctor as I have back pain that was caused by an injury
over 20yrs ago. I had a child two years ago and my back pain was increased through pregnancy and after she was born. I used to enjoy yoga and found it helped my back sometimes but since going to pilates, the difference in my mobility and
pain is very noticeable. After 4 months of attending pilates my core muscles (around my back and waist) have gone back
to where they should be and my back pain is only every now and then. I love the way my body has changed and hope to continue
to a very old age. It has change they way I look on the outside and how I feel on the inside. ...Leigh
